Project Description:

Development of a series of exterior renderings to illustrate several options for reuse of a large parcel of contiguous land containing former industrial, manufacturing and warehouse buildings in Central Falls, RI. Vision 3 Architects produced three-dimensional renderings and plans to visually represent three options for reuse as follows:

Complete Demolition – Demolition of the entire site with a vision of what the site might best be used for as a ground-up project.

Partial Demolition – Modifications to some existing buildings, demolition of up to 50% of existing structures, with roof modifications/repairs and interior modifications to better utilize existing footprints, improve curb appeal, and improve overall site access.

General Re-purpose of buildings – Modifications to most existing buildings, demolition of not more than 15% of existing structures, with roof modifications/repairs and interior modifications to better utilize existing footprints, improve curb appeal, and improve overall site access.
