Project Description:

Putnam Plastics Corporation, located in Dayville Connecticut, has been a leading manufacturer of medical equipment for over three decades – with a focus on small diameter tubing used for life saving vascular catheters and minimally invasive medical devices. The rapidly growing company needed to expand their in-house manufacturing capacity, and turned to Vision 3 as part of a design-build contracting team for assistance. Vision 3 has previously completed a number of projects with Putnam, having designed their original facility in 2012, as well as a series of subsequent additions throughout the following decade. This expansion nearly doubled their existing building footprint, adding a 65,000 sf addition, a 9,300 sf mezzanine, 18,000 sf of office space, as well as a clean-room and cafeteria.
