Project Description:

Vision 3 Architects recently completed the design and construction administration of a new 67,000 sf three story state-of-the art outpatient medical office and orthopedic surgery center. The new building brings affiliate providers of world-class orthopedic care previously spread out across the state to a central facility, where they’re able to offer a safe, state-of-the-art patient experience and seamless continuity of care.

The new medical office and surgical center is designed with the patient in mind, and offers an abundance of natural light, outdoor walking space, terraces, and ample free parking. On the first floor there is an Urgent Care Suite with 10 exam rooms, and MRI and X-Ray, as well as an 8,000 sf Physical Therapy Suite. The second floor consists of 56 exam rooms and 4 X-Rays, while the third floor has 8 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. This new facility supports our client’s mission to deliver the best patient experience in the orthopedics industry.
