Project Description:

Vision 3 Architects started working with Quonset Development Corporation in 2016 on the development of design concepts for a series of flex buildings within a proposed office/industrial park at Quonset Point. Our conceptual plans included flexible design of a typical building varying from 25,000 s.f. – 50,000 s.f. foot prints. The final decision was to move forward with the construction of three, new, free standing buildings containing office space, restroom facilities and high bay manufacturing/assembly/warehouse space. The versatile buildings were designed to meet the needs of modern manufacturers in which tenants can customize space to meet their unique needs.

Vision 3 Architects broke ground on the first building in 2017 and is currently wrapping up the construction of the final, third building with an estimated completion date of April 2020.
