Project Description:

Providence Community Health Centers renovated the former Beaman and Smith Company Mill buildings as part of the new 3.5 acre Prairie Avenue Medical Campus. This suite is conveniently located within the campus of Providence Community Health Centers in a separate medical office building across from the Health Center building.

The 9,335 s.f. dental suite located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building, features its own dedicated laboratory, panoramic X-ray, 9 operatories (including 1 ADA operatory), and 1 sterilization/prep area. The space includes reception/business office, staff toilet, soiled utility room, private office area, and break room. The suite accommodates a separate waiting room with 24 seats.
