John Adams Medical Center
At A Glance:
• New Construction
• $2.2 million; Core & Shell
• $1 million; Interior Tenant Fit-out
The John Adams Medical Center was designed as a single story, core-and-shell medical office building that could accommodate up to three separate tenants. Upon completion of the exterior shell and the interior core, the building was leased by Steward Healthcare System as a single tenant.
The interior fit-out involved the design of a multi-practitioner, multi-discipline office space where all physicians shared patient and staff support areas, including but not limited to waiting, reception, pediatric waiting, staff lounge, lab services, and business offices. The principal disciplines were designed for primary care, cardiac care, and obstetrics.
“Vision 3 strikes an outstanding balance between design, functionality and budget. Their service to their clients and attention to details are similarly outstanding. The team at Vision 3 works in a collaborative manner and is proactive in presenting solutions. There is no question we received everything we asked for and much much more. Vision 3 delivered an exceptional and positive experience from planning to completion. We look forward to working with them on future projects.”
