Vision 3 Architects is collaborating with a private entity to embark on the development of a former 100-plus-year-old triple decker into a five-story apartment building in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. The structure, spanning 21,111 square feet, is designed to accommodate 20 units with a diverse mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts with retail on the ground floor.

The project recently received approval from the City’s Capital Center Commission and is currently pending the developer’s confirmation to move forward.
