Project Description:

AIPSO, a 20+ year Rhode-Island based client of Vision 3 Architects, recently engaged Vision 3 to design a new satellite office space in Cleveland, Ohio. V3 supported their real estate efforts through the creation of test-fit plans and preliminary building evaluations, ultimately being involved in every aspect of the interior build-out from the interior design to furniture selection, custom artwork, wall graphics, and interior plantings.

AIPSO wanted a modern workplace to attract and retain new employees, by providing a space with the flexibility to host meetings and events along with office hoteling – offering employees choices on where they work, based on the tasks at hand. The space includes formal, enclosed meeting spaces as well as open, more collaborative settings. Organic shapes and the introduction of plants was integral to creating a comfortable, natural ambiance – critical to accommodate employees returning to the office in a post-covid world.
