With over 29 years of experience in the architectural profession, Héctor is a seasoned professional who has led projects across a wide range of market sectors – including residential, institutional, commercial, retail, educational, and interiors. Recently, having joined our team as an Associate within the Education Studio, Héctor brings a wealth of technical knowledge and project management skills, along with a spark for mentorship that will offer a tremendous benefit to younger staff within the office. His leadership and commitment to the architectural community are exemplified by his volunteerism, where he serves as the current President of the American Institute of Architects’ Rhode Island chapter.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Héctor and his wife, Gail, enjoy activities such as ballroom dancing, trail trekking, and birdwatching in southern New England. They also indulge their love for adventure through long-distance road cycling, snowshoeing, and exploring new destinations together.
