Vision 3 Architects was asked to reimage an aging medical office building for a potential future tenant who required approximately 6,500 additional square feet of program. By retaining the existing structure of the facility and carefully siting a new addition (along with partially recladding the building), we were able to generate an attractive, cost-conscious alternative to a new, ground-up facility.
