Project Description:

Thundermist Health Center purchased a 2-story historic mill building to relocate and expand their West Warwick Health Clinic into a space that better serves the community. The facility includes 28 primary care and behavioral health exam rooms, a 75 person multi-purpose conference room, clinical, staff, and administrative space all on one level. The design concept features the historic elements of the building including the existing clerestory windows, heavy timber construction and exposed interior stone and brick walls. Vision 3 Architects worked with the State Historic Preservation and Heritage Commission on all Certification Applications for historic tax credits.
