Project Description:

The John Adams Medical Center was designed as a single story, core-and-shell medical office building that could accommodate up to three separate tenants. Upon completion of the exterior shell and the interior core, the building was leased by Steward Healthcare System as a single tenant. The interior fit-out involved the design of a multi-practitioner, multi-discipline office space where all physicians shared patient and staff support areas, including but not limited to waiting, reception, pediatric waiting, staff lounge, lab services, and business offices. The principal disciplines were designed for primary care, cardiac care, and obstetrics.
