Project Description:

Vision 3 Architects collaborated with a private developer on a significant project in Pawtucket, RI, involving the transformation of a former mill building into a multi-family residential development. The proposed plan entails three distinct buildings, each designed to house 60 units. Within these buildings, there are four floors incorporating a mix of single and two-bedroom units. Additionally, the design encompasses essential communal spaces like vestibules, resident lounges, and essential features such as egress stairs complemented by elevators, ensuring accessibility and convenience for the residents.
