Project Description:

Vision 3 completed the master plan, design and construction of a 17,500 s.f. addition to the Alfred Elson, Jr. Boys & Girls Club in Pawtucket. The new addition houses the Club’s Teen Center, which provides program and homework rooms, a full size gymnasium, fitness center, and games area. New administration offices are located in the upper level. A goal of the project was to promote safety by providing visual connections between most of the spaces, while creating separate spaces. The project included a major interior renovation of the 35,000 s.f. existing building and additional viewing area in the pool room, as well as renovations to the Arts program (dance, music, art), a commercial kitchen, and multi-purpose dining space. Work was completed while existing facility remained in operation and renderings were provided for fundraising efforts.
