Project Description:

The single story 25,000 s.f. facility features a 10,000 s.f. spacious showroom enclosed by full height glazing and a twenty foot ceiling, administrative offices, a user-friendly customer service drive-in, and a 10,000 s.f. state of-the-art service facility with twenty service bays. The project planning, design and construction was completed in partnership with New England Construction using a design-build fast track delivery method in a span of ten months. The signature facility promotes a unique retail environment with key touch-points, elements and finishes, that enhance the Subaru brand and provides instant recognition of the Subaru image.
