Lily Gucfa

Lily graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) with a Bachelor of Architecture, specializing in Nature, Culture, and Sustainability Studies. After completing her architecture thesis, she joined Vision 3 as an Architectural Designer. While at RISD, Lily was actively involved in NOMAS (National Organization of Minority Architects), where she worked to improve access to educational and professional opportunities for students. Her passion lies in designing spaces that encourage play, learning, and community engagement, with a particular focus on empowering both communities and end users.

Originally from Guilin, China, Lily moved to the U.S. in 2002 and grew up in Rehoboth, MA. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, dancing, thrifting, traveling with friends, and having conversations about her favorite TV shows.
