Project Description:

Vision 3 Architects completed an interior fit-out for Hinckley Allen’s Providence office on the 14th floor of 100 Westminster Street, where the firm has been located for more than 40 years. The renovation modernizes the space while significantly improving efficiency within a reduced footprint, where the design accommodates the firm’s full program in approximately half of its prior floor area. Key design elements include walnut flooring and millwork, fluted marble tile feature walls and wainscoting, layered lighting with brass accent fixtures, and raised ceilings with large-format acoustical tiles. Full-height glass fronts at offices and conference rooms allow daylight to extend throughout the space, maximizing access to spectacular views. The completed renovation delivers a refined, light-filled workplace that supports Hinckley Allen’s modern practice while honoring its longstanding presence in Providence.
