Project Description:

This design exercise is about redefining urban living; located on a large parcel of land on the former route 195 in the heart of Providence, this project embraces density and provides a new, vibrant streetscape along all sides by inserting retail storefronts and other public-facing amenity spaces. Other key features include innovation and maker-space on the first floors and thoughtfully designed residential units above, featuring roof decks and elevated public courtyards.
