Project Description:

Vision 3 Architects is currently moving forward with a four-story mixed-use residential development located at 639 Admiral Street in Providence, Rhode Island. Situated on a 7,675-square-foot site, the project now comprises a mix of 29 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units distributed across all four floors. The design also includes a small resident amenity space, replacing the previously planned retail component.

Construction drawings have been issued, and the client has obtained a building permit, with construction scheduled to begin soon. The total gross building area is approximately 22,887 square feet.
