Project Description:

Adaptive reuse of an existing historic bank branch building to a new 3,600 s.f. registered medical marijuana dispensary. The design utilized as many of the existing oak veneer doors, frames & hardware as possible and converted the bank vault into a secured product storage space. The retail facility includes product counters and security office complementing the dome structure that lets in natural light.
