Café Escadrille was master planned by Vision 3 from the start to allow for continuing operations during Phase I construction of a 27,000 s.f. banquet expansion, and Phase II renovation of the gourmet restaurant and Café. The design offers valued customers all new and memorable dining, banquet, and conferencing experiences in elegant, upscale settings. Through creative phasing of work, the owner realized continuing revenue streams during construction – never having to shut down for a day.
