Paul Hauser graduated from Roger Williams University with a Masters degree in Architecture in 2006. He is a registered architect in the State of Rhode Island. As an Associate Principal, Paul is involved in all phases of a project including pre-design, programming, schematic design, building core and shell design, construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction administration. He is responsible for understanding corporate office trends, technologies, and workflows. His strengths include the design and detailing of spaces that create efficient, functional work environments and create strong brand identity for his Clients.
Paul is proficient in three-dimensional modeling and photorealistic renderings. In addition, he was involved in the office implementation of Building Information Modeling (BlM) which included the development of Revit office standards. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is responsible for the integration of sustainable design principles and energy conservation throughout the design process. These sustainable design principals are applied toward all projects he is involved with, and not just projects seeking LEED certification. He has worked on multiple projects in which he assisted clients to receive maximum energy rebates through local utility company incentive programs.
