Sharing the vision
For more than 30 years, David Prengaman has led and managed design teams in a broad range of building types including education, corporate office, healthcare, and liturgical projects. He is a hands-on leader with experience in multiple, complex building types.
Dave graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in 1984 and a Bachelor of Architecture in 1985. He is registered to practice architecture in six states, is certified for reciprocal licensure in all 50 states by the National Council for Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Other professional certifications and affiliations include: serving as the Chairman of the Rhode Island Board of Examination and Registration of Architects, Director of the New England Conference of Architectural Registration Boards, recognition by the Construction Specifications Institute as a Certified Document Technologist (CDT), past service as President of the Rhode Island chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and volunteer service as a board member for numerous nonprofit organizations.
